I have a BV7000 pro for 4 weeks. Everything was working fine until yesterday. Mo phone does not ring or vibrate when getting a call or message although all volumes are maxed.
However when I insert my headphones or connect via bluetooth everything works fine.
Also no sound when playing video or music files, only once headphones are connected does it work fine though them

is there one special speaker (like backside speaker) that don't work completely?
