A2DP AVRCP Bluetooth Compatibility

Mon May 15, 2017 10:11 am

My firmware is 20170411
I've tried in every way, with different helmets equipped with Midland and Nolan N-Com Bluetooth, the phone connects properly but the music does not start.
Sometimes the phone just disconnected from the helmet.
I've canceled the associations, made new associations, turned off and rebooted phone and helmet, nothing changed.
The phone continues to connect, the music sometimes starts, sometimes it does not.
The Bluetooth connection is unstable.
I read that others have similar problems with Bluetooth, that this serious problem should be solved urgently.

If you can send us the related log, then we can well locate the problem.
enter into the engineer code(by#9646633#)--log and debugging--MTk logger--click the red icon on the bottom of the screen to start--while the problem comes out, click the button""stop""
Then connecting your PC and send us the MTK log file and time of problem happening."

One star is missing in your code. it's *#9646633# in dealpad of the phone app.

@peluso can you maybe also check if the problems only appear when you have wifi enabled?

I was out with the bike, Wi-Fi was off
Next time I turn on debugging.
Do I need to send the complete mtklog directory (so many data) or just some files that interest you?

Thank you for your reply. (some people keep wifi always on even if there is no connection and I wanted to be shure that this don't influence the bluetooth). Lets hope it will help finding the problem if you will create the log file and send it to the admin.

I have reproached the problem, I have the debug file.

I could not restart the music player at 19.51, the same at 20.00 and 20.04.

When I pressed the play button on the helmet (long press of 2 sec on volume up), the bluetooth of the phone was disconnected from the bluetooth helmet and the command only connected the intercom and the phone but the music player did not start.

Doing the same thing at 20.05 the music player has restarted.

The mtklog directory is 2GB, (1.3GB zip file)
Do you need all the zip file?
Or can you indicate which file you need in the mtklog directory?
