Same problem here. With the ear speaker and the mic (when somebody calls me, he cannot hear my voice or he barely hears me)...

When i record a video, the sound is very low. I don't understand why because the level of volume is on the maximum.

I have tried to enter in the admin menu with the key code *#9646633# but the code is invalid.

How to can i fix this problem?


Other problem : The low button on the right don't launch the camera. Is it normal????

Also for me no volume at all coming from ear speaker.
it works with speakerphone or earphones.
also *#96... procedure don't have any effect

after several tests, pressing the top of mobile in the earspeaker zone, the sound works. it's a hardware failure?

That sounds like a hardware bug. But it should be easy to open the phone and fix the bad connection to the speaker.

I have no volume when phone rings, playing MP3 or watching video clips. all settings are maxed.
When i speak to someone I can hear them fine and they can hear me fine.
When i use my head phones everything works properly.

The phone is a month old worked perfectly until Monday morning

Sounds like the backside speaker don't have an connection or is defective. You could ask your seller for a replacement over warranty or try to let it fix in a local mobile repair store by your own.
