BV7000 pro is shutting down before the battery is finished.
After 1 month using the phone it is always shutting down when battery is about 9%. What is happening ?

Have you tried to factory reset it?
what version of the software are you using? you might want to consider an update. they just released the new version yesterday

just charge your phone, its probably not showing the correct percentage, enable root, get battery calibration, follow the onscreen instruction.

I've the same problem with the battery of my BV7000 pro. I'm forced to recharge even 3 times a day because the problem comes also when the battery is almost charged like the picture attached.
I called gearbest for warranty refund but not answer until now.
I tried to make a factory reset but nothing change. Firmware version is 200170411, with the last firmware i have problem for flashing in manual mode due to I have Mac and no Pc OS.

The shown battery status might be wrong. Please try an app for battery calibration.

Another way please
you can get root though, if you go to settings>about device, then tap build number until it states that you're a developer, then if you go back to settings you should have developer settings, in that menu should be root, you may need a root code to do it
