From this morning I have no sound when ringing, notifications, playing mp3 and watching video.

All settings are on the loudest

When I do answer a call I can hear and talk to the other party no problem. No sound while playing voice notes, mp3's or video

If I insert the headphones everything works perfectly.

I have done factory reset a couple of times and even updated the ROM to 20170523

Still nothing. The phone is only 1 month old
