When i record a video, the sound is very low. I don't understand why because the level of volume is on the maximum.

I have tried to enter in the admin menu with the key code *#9646633# but the code is invalid.

How to can i fix this problem?


Other problem : The low button on the right don't launch the camera. Is it normal????

Hi, sounds can come from the earphone, loudspeaker and other apps, like other video.

Let's check: you recorded a video and while you are playing the video, the video sound is very low? Then you can try to turn up the video volume.

You can take a picture by pressing the camera button.

- When you change the volume, you can press on the little arrow on the right side to set different kind of sound volume. There are also settings for noise reduction and microphone for video recording in the camera app.
- Engeneer Mode *#9646633# works for me under 20170411. Had you typed it into the keypad of phone app?

I confirm that the sound stays low when i read the vidéo and grow the volume.

Yes i use the key pad to compose the code and i obtain a message : execution of ussd code... But i receive an error : connexion problem or invalid ihm .

I have changed the UL Gain to 240 for the parameter "audio record/receiver" but it's always the same thing. It doesn't fix my problem.
