My phone restarts randomly ( I dont know WHY( It could be after 5 min or after 4 hours. Do anyone have this problem?

Hi friend, may we know when this started and what your current build no.?

I Also have a BV7000 Pro also with the same random restart problem my Build number is: BV7000_PRO_Blackview_20170411

Please assist me I am from South Africa and the local dealer of Blackview doesn`t want to asssit me

1. Before the problem happens, did you set something with your phone or install some app on your phone?
2. If you can send us the related log, then we can well locate the problem.
enter into the engineer code(by#9646633#)--log and debugging--MTk logger--click the red icon on the bottom of the screen to start--while the problem comes out, click the button""stop""
Then connecting your PC and send us the MTK log file and time of problem happening.

If nothing else works you could also try a factory reset. Maybe it helps.
