Hello everyone, this problem will be solved in late May.

Thank-you for the prompt response and your pledge to correct the problem. If it proves true that hasty programming is responsible, then I kindly ask that you review all the code for such errors and solve them as well. Without doubt, your products are brilliantly engineered and clearly superior to others costing many times more. Best Regards,

And one more thing that would go in the engineering menu, you need to dial *#*#3646633#*#* , with other combinations to log in is not possible.

I think this thread is moving far from the topic in the title - it would be best if the issues could be handled in specific threads.
Well, on the other hand as the "developer flags" issue is already veeeeery old - already mentioned with clear path to solve on other devices more than 6 months ago - and still occurs we might be happy that this thread keeps this issue alive

Can we take the previous statement to mean you will not be fixing the ROM then?
What could have been a great phone is ruined by hundreds of niggles like not being able to use ANY but the cable that came with the phone for charging or headphones and a really really bad ROM.

If you're not going to fix the ROM can you upload the tools needed to build our own or shall we just give up on Black view?

The problem will be fixed in the early May.

I previously described my problem fully. Attached log file MTK. Where more precise? What information is still needed?

Hi

I have the same problem with this APP "Samsung Smart Home"
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.samsung.smarthome
The APP give a warning about the fact that the phone is rooted and that it will not run.
The same APP is working well in many others Android device from version 4.4 to version 6.

Please update the Firmware asap in order to solve this issue.

Thanks

Marco
