Any news on the issue?
Will there be a software fix or should I send it back to the seller?

You can go to the re-seller to discuss your issue and find the way to solve this.

Dear admin

I also have the focus problem. From your last comment you suggested to discuss to the re-seller. So does it mean that there is a hardware issue rather than a software issue?

You may try to set the focus properly. There are some sharp pictures captured by BV7000 Pro.

Dear admin, can you explain to me more specific how to "focus properly"? Because I've tried every possible way to focus properly but still i can't get the right focus. Even use other camera apps and still have the same result.

Dear admin, I'll show you another picture between my own bv7000 pro and another bv7000 pro of my friend. You wil see that my bv7000 pro (gold) is out of focus compared with my friend's bv7000 pro.

My BV7000Pro don't have this problem under Firmware 20170411.
Camera is not the best but autofocus is OK.

Yes, I'm also have the same build version. That's why i asked admin from previous post if the focus problem is a software or hardware related.

It should be about your operational problem while you are taking the pictures.
We have checked and we can not say the picture is super nice, but it is really clear.
