I have the same problem with the phone speaker. I also tried the "engineers code" method by adyleigh but no luck. My problem is whenever i make a call or someone else calls to me, the voice from my phone is very low. I have to turn on the speaker so i can hear the voice. But for the person who calls dont have any issue hearing my voice; so the mic for my phone is still ok. I need your help on this issue.

I just played a lttle with the with the volume button on the side and now i get a bit louder volume but it seems that there is a foulty Volumebalance in the phone becorse the volume change all the time if i go up und down . on the phone i get the visual that the volume go up and down but sonds like the speaker has its own life ... sometimes low sometimes high and sometimes some chracking sounds ....

Hi! I just bought my BV7000 Pro and everything seems to work fine but microphone. It works good when I use telephony but very poor on skype or messenger. Sometimes works acceptable, another time doesn't work at all. People can't hear me only noise. I tried to gain it little bit and it helps little bit. Anyone can help? Thanks!

Ive got a deathsmiles PCB that sounds very low compared to other cave games.
My cabinet is an Egret 3, other games sound horrible too but at least at a decent volume.
Is this PCB just faulty?

I had the same problem. People could not hear me when I called them.
Thanks to the engineers code I was able to fix it I set the UL gain to 220.
This was good for both speaker phone and normal.
I love the phone still having Spotify & Music issues issues but that's a "Android 6" issue.
30 secs after I put the screen to sleep while playing music Spotify and any Music players are killed even with earphones plugged in.

I bought the new Blackview v7000 Pro and I have the same problem.

My sound problems happen in the calls, sometimes it's me that I can hardly hear and other times it's the people I'm talking to who say the sound is very low.
I made the change that you recommended and improved.
I now listen well but some people continue to say that the sound is very low, and I noticed that now there is a small interval of time in which I pick up the call and only after a few seconds is that the person I called listened.
This solution made everything better at least I'm not so dissatisfied with the phone, but it did not solve.
I'm really sorry because I really like this phone.
