admin, that tutorial is outdated using windows xp and an old version of that software, plus most of the world now speaks basic english as its a universal language but your manual isnt very easy to understand, im willing to create a flashing manual for you, if i get credited for it.

also, is there any specific date for p2s nougat update?

Hi Dongermon, we are glad that if you can help us to create the flashing manual.
About the p2 nougat update, from the late May all the P2 will be running Android 7.0, but for the already delivered P2, we can help nothing.

Why is that? Did the hardware change?
If not, you could post the Nougat ROM here as well. Just take it from the new P2. I am sure your developers have a compiled SPF version. The partitions shouldn't be an issue, as we run already Marshmallow.
I would prefer to get it from Blackview and not from untrusted sources like Needrom.

Thanks

we dont even need the full rom to be honest, just the system part, as thats all the nougat software, and we'll be able to port the rest over.

But why do all the porting and testing for weeks if it is already there? Porting cam libs is a pain. Just upload the SPF and we create a manual for users. Both sides would win and Blackview becomes one of the very few Chinese manufacturers that supply Android N to their users.

its true that it means testing it all out and i am confused as to why the p2s being sent out later in this month are getting Nougat (android N was the codename not official name) straight away but we have to wait for admin to post a download link. but we are also android users and theres a lot of us with different skills. just saying.

Hi Admin, do you know, if the hardware changed for the new P2s that roll out end of this month? I hope you understand that we are very eager to get Android 7, too. The P2 is just 6 months old, so we still have hope ;)

Thanks
