Is there an Android 6 ROM version for download available? My P2 was delivered with Android 7 but the whole system runs very stuttering. The system UI often does not react.

I tried to make a factory reset via the recovery menu but instead of the recovery menu, I see only the android icon with the label error.

You need the file files Z_C300.rar and the SP Flash tool to be unpacked in one directory on your comp.

Pleas unpack it and follow the instructions given here: viewtopic.php?f=172&t=191659

BTW: After the android icon with the label you would need to press the power button and while pressed shortly press the power up button and release them both to reach the recovery menu.
