Hi All

Hoping for some help.

My P2 was unused - although on and with SIM - for about 6 months. It was working fine.

Today I ejected the SIM (to see what size SIM I needed) didn't even remove the SIM - and then pushed it back in.

Now the Phone asks for - Privacy Password.

Actually I don't think I ever entered one. So it maybe DEFAULT

I have entered the password that I use on my other phone (just in case) but it does not accept as correct.

Please can you advise how I can reset the password - OR - actually I don't need anything on the phone - so don't mind doing a Hard Reset - can this be done when the Privacy Password lock is on and if so how?

I actually had an anti theft protection password but have forgotten the password. Does the same procedure applies? Do reply, thanks admin
