I had turned the telephone off.
I cannot switch it on on the next day.

Have tried Recovery mode.
Could sometimes select an option but start not.
The Menue had disappeared just again.

Had never problems.

About every help I would be grateful.

Hello freeauge,

let us try two things first.
First of all, keep the ON/OFF button pressed for 20-25 seconds while connected via USB cable to your PC. Open a Explorer Window to see if it appears.
Then try to switch it on by releasing the button and pressing it again for 3-4 seconds. That executes a kind of hard-shutdown.

Second, if first option does not work, wipe data/factory reset in recovery:
- Power off and then press Power and Volume up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow points on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- Then the open android with red triangle+"no command" is shown press Power and Volume up together again shortly
- wipe cache partition

In case this also does not lead to success you can try then to also
- wipe data/factory reset
But please note that your data and settings would get lost.
