Hello burzo,

if you are sure that there is no application causing this, you could try the following:

wipe data/factory reset in recovery (this will delete your data/settings):
- Power off and then press Power and Volume up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow point on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- Then the open android with red triangle+"no command" is shown press Power and Volume up together again
- wipe cache partition

Then try your phone again.

If the problem persists you would try to:
- wipe data/factory reset
or via the settings menu in Backup & Reset choosing Factory data reset.

This runs a factory reset. But please be aware that all you data gets lost, so please backup them in Google or locally.

I managed to update in Windows 10 is easy .. and apparently they have fixed some errors the screen looks better than in Android 6 I think it spends a little battery but the performance is better than before the only thing that the fingerprint reader is a little slow and I hope they keep updating it since it is a phone that is worth having it updated and fix some things like the microphone that follows is still heard low when I try to talk to the other person

Hi david_ortiz98,

thanks for your feedback, very helpful. Indeed it looks more complicated than it really is, glad you were able to update.
I will report your issues of the fingerprint sensor and the microphone to our developers.

Thank you
