Dear Blackview-Team,
my Blackview P2 fell to the ground and my Display-Screen is broken ("Spider-App"). Now i'd like to replace the broken screen. However there is literally NOWHERE any information on how to disassembly the P2-Smartphone. Can you please provide a scheme or a youtube-video how to dissasembly the phone in order to replace the screen? Greetings

I asked for this over one month ago. It would be really easy for blackview to show a video with display change but they don't care.

I need to replace the USB type C port on my P2. Is there any way to open the phone? I don't need to replace the display but I guess the steps would be similar.

Ignoring questions from its customers is an unacceptable behaviour. I already bought another smartphone and will stay away from this brand in the future.
