Hello Support Team,




i got a Blackview P2. I have to restart the Phone a couple of times a day, because it freezes / crashs or the Powerbutton does not lock the screen anymore.. -> I have to press the powerbutton for sometime to perform a hard reset and after restart, everything works as it should.

Please help me or i have to send the phone back to amazon.
i have already done many factory resets und reflashed the android 7 rom.

We are waiting for the firmware update.

Try flash the MM ROM (the march version) that was posted here. Its more stable than this version of nougat.

Nougat 7.0 has a lot of bugs direct from google. Now add onto that the bugs from porting that buggy ROM to blackview p2. And that's the first port so it will be more bugier . if they make a second version of nougat 7.0 it will be less buggy.

We really will see the light of day if they port nougat 7.1.2 which has eliminate bugs from the google side !!!!

There was a thread from a month back saying that 7.1.2 had gone to software developers for testing - do we know a timeline yet?
