sim card tray replacement

I bought my BlackView P2 about some weeks ago from GeekBuying.
But the phone arrived WITHOUT the sim card tray .
Since then it's been back and forth with the geekbuying team to find another sim tray they can give me or I can order. They cannot or will not help me and I have since escalated the issue to a dispute. In the meanwhile, I have a nonworking phone. All I want is to get a replacement sim card tray I can use.
Even the Blackview representative in my country (Greece) does not have it
