sometimes when i recive new message or some messages at the same time and many times try to turn on the screen in the moment phone freez and nothing can do at the moment but force restart!!!
what can i do to solve the problem?
anybody here with same problem?

Please try to do the factory reset.
"Start the phone into recovery:
- Press Power and Volume up together for around 10 Seconds
- When the open android is shown press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select ""reboot system now"""

If still can not fix this, you should change a new mainboard.
