the main microphone does not work

Hello.
For incoming and outgoing calls, the main microphone does not work. That is, I hear the interlocutor, but he does not exist. It also does not work for voice search.
The microphone works in hands-free mode and with audio or video recording.
In what there can be a reason and how to solve this problem? Thank you!

The problem is not critical. But very uncomfortable - you always need to keep a headset nearby

What build number?
when did this occur?
Did you do anything beforehand that might have cause this issue?

I found the problem right after receiving the device - at the first call.
Build number P2_Blackview_20170307 - the last official.
Re-flashing the same assembly did not fix the problem

Someone met with this problem. Someone did not meet. What is the reason for this? Can a replacement board with a microphone help?

"Start the phone into recovery:
- Press Power and Volume up together for around 10 Seconds
- When the open android is shown press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select ""reboot system now"""
