i am experiencing very similar issues like the user chollie, after less than a day of usage the device crashes every 10 minutes. After performing several factory resets without any alteration of the behaviour, the only further detail i can provide is that as long as the screen is active, the phone won't crash, but some time after the display is turned off the device stops responding to any inputs, neither fingerprint or power button will wake up the device. Since you asked for the location, i'm from Germany, operating the phone with a t-Mobile-SIM.

Hope you can offer a solution, for it seems this is a more wide-spread issue.

1. Before the problem happens, did you do something with your phone or install some app on your phone?
2. If you can send us the related log, then we can well locate the problem.
enter into the engineer code(by#9646633#)--log and debugging--MTk logger--click the red icon on the bottom of the screen to start--while the problem comes out, click the button"stop"
Then connecting your PC and send us the MTK log file and time of problem happening.

i managed to narrow down things a little bit: the problem occurs on a much more regular basis as soon as a connection to a bluetooth device is established (in my case: a pebble time smartwatch). I also recorded a log with the MTK logger (thanks for telling me how to get into the engineer code), but i'm not sure the problem will be monitored there, since there is no way to click "stop" when the device just restarts.
