Problem with front camera

Hello I am the happy owner since a few days of p2 but unfortunately I meet a problem with the video visio with the applications such as skype, Facebook messenger and whatsapp my interlocutor does not see me video every black while in mode photo takes a selfie no problem the back camera OK but it is the one front I do not know in what is of this problem have already met him to you and what is the solution thanks to all to help me
