Hello, I have a problem with my Blackview P2. It crashes regularly or stays stuck and I have to restart it. I have already reset 3 times to the factory setting but without success. What can i do?

Hello, I have already done 3 times. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. In the meantime, it also makes problems at the start. It sometimes stays with the Blackview.

I have a lot of system process problems, i did the wipes and reinstall the rom, still same problems.
Many problems with apps like shazam (no recording!?), no many support for flashlight in some apps like power toggles .
Many apps are crashing . Why do you have a strange way to root this device?
Please update you rom, very unhappy for my first blackview

I received today my Blackview, after 10min of using it restarted frequently.
Now it does not even start the system, I got the following information on the black start screen.

"system ui cannot be used please try to allow permissions"

What can I do? I can`t find any instruction in the forum how to restart (factory reset) the P2.
I also can´t find any rom to download.
