Same problem with my BV6000 here. After factory resetting several times and official Blackview customer service in Spain replaced my micropohone (charging me for that despite still being under warranty...) the problem persists. It's impossible to maintain a conversation on 'hands-free', loudspeaker mode. Interlocutor only hears noise and massive echo. I can hear my interlocutor properly but he can not listen to me. This happens with normal phone and also with applications like WhatsApp. The only way for having conversations in hand-free mode is using a bluetooth speaker, then it works properly.
Blackview, any advice with this?
