File Transfer USB Problem

Dear admins,
I got a trouble from my Blackview P2 when i wanna do file transfer via USB to my PC (win8.1pro) and Notebook (win10).
Actually it was able to detect at first, but then it wont do any further for the next attemp.

Please, i need some guidance.

Good day I have the same problem, i try to install the driver but i got this

If you look at my guide you will find mtk drivers, try turning USB debugging on and changing USB mode from charging to file transfer, if that doesn't work try USB mass storage

I download and install files from Google, and I can download and
exchange my smartphone on my tablet so I can exchange data files as soon as I plug in the cable.
