Restart

Hello, i have a problem wizh my Blackview P2. The smartphone lies with me and I see that it restarts at once. When I use it freezes the screen a one. Is there a software update to fix the error?

Please try to renew the factory setting.

Did you try install marshmallow ?
Download it from here and flash it using the spa flashtool
