Cannot boot and factory reset

Sun Mar 19, 2017 3:11 pm

Hi. I love your phone but I got a big problem that I cannot enter factory reset menu.
In fact, I got some crashes so I tried to factory reset from the menu but it stopped without response after initial sound. So I also tried manual factory reset by pressing Volume up + Power but it didn't work at all.
Please help me.

Hi friend, before doing the reset, please turn off the phone first.

Same problem! Phone crashes and won't boot beyond "Blackview" logo screen:
A few days ago when I woke up to its alarm, as I have been doing since I purchased it, I turned off the alarm and was greeted by a white screen informing me that "the application failed to launch". It then rebooted itself but never came out of the "Blackview" logo screen. After doing a hard reset a few times (pushing power + Up buttons) it finally booted up but it constantly did the same thing - kept rebooting and not booting all the way into the UI. I finally retrieved my data from it and was able to do a factory reset - but it did not help. The phone is not still not usable. Please return this on warranty - repair it - or sell me something else.
Please don't tell me to turn it off - It will not turn-off - just stays on "Blackview Screen".
Thank you.

Hello, the issue you have posted is about the problem of hardware. Please go to the online shop where you bought your phone to get replacement or repaired, the shop will contact us directly.
