i have a problem lately to my BV9800 regarding charging,. this unit is just two months old in used, but it won't charge its battery in full anymore., in fact it cannot reached 50%, just 40+%. any inputs regarding this problem? thank you.

Hello, Job, could you please replace a data line to verify it first? And please let me know if it can work or not.
