Hi,
I'm using a Tab 8 with docked keyboard, and would also like to use a mouse because I don't like touch pads. However, when I plug the OTG cable into the USB-C port and then plug a USB mouse into the cable, it doesn't work. It's not talking to the mouse, and the mouse light doesn't come on.

When I do the same thing on my Moto G 6+ phone, the mouse works fine.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi, same issue here.

The USB-C port works (with an adapter to USB A, a mouse or a flash drive works as expected) only when the Tab 8 is not connected to the docked keyboard. When connected to the keyboard, the Tab 8 is not reacting when something is plugged to the USB-C port, I try with the mouse and the flash drive, and no reaction with both.

This keyboard and OTG cannot be used at the same time

Oh ok, that's disappointing but can you confirm that a USB-C device (such as a mouse or a flash drive) will work with the keyboard ?

No, The OTA can't be used with Keyboard at the same time.
