I have tried extensively to update my BB9900 pro to android 10, but have no success. I just want to have the dark mode on. Does anyone knows how to make BB 9900 pro with Android 9 be on dark mode?

New delivery of BV9900 Pro equipped with Android 10 have a lot of software issues.
Is it safe to install the Android 9 software ?

Thanks for the quick response.
So it's safe to downgrade the factory equipped Android 10 devices.

Please also share the ETA for the stable Android 10 versions.
We rather explain the customer they have to perform an update (over air) as opposed to telling their new Android 10 device only runs on Android 9...

I have a BV9900E which was bought new and ive had for around 2 weeks
the screen is black and im struggling to get the phone to do anything
I believe the screen is on as it shows up slightly backlit and when you touch the fingerprint recognition there is a slight vibrate
if plugged in to charger red indicator light shows
ive tried holding down combinations of buttons to force a restart but with no joy...

This is the internal screen is broken, replace the screen.
