Hello,
I've just received my new BV6300P and did the installation/configuration of Androïd+Apps.
But when I connect it to my PC on Win10, the phone doesn't show any notification to configure the connectio type : it only uses the usb connection to recharge the battery and the device doesn't appear on my PC.
I was expecting the notification in order to connect my phone as an usb storage, in order to exchange files.
Is is an issue with Androïd 10 that has an hidden feature?
Or an issue with drivers not released nor an issue with my phone itself?

Hello, after connecting to the computer, pull down the status bar of the phone and select file transfer.

Hi,
I've already tried that.
The issue is that the phone icon appears in the list of devices for a few seconds and then diseappears.
In the Windows's device manager, i can open the property dialog of the phone before it diseappears. It alternatively switch between an normal status and an error 45 (device not connected to computer).
Windows tells that the drivers are already updated when I'm trying to update them via the device dialog from the device manager. Windows Update find nothing more to download.
