Bv9900pro issues

Hello,

I recently took delivery of a bv9900pro, like the phone so far but I am having some issues.

1: Work Mode keeps crashing and I have to restart the phone to get it working again. It does not push new emails through after the first operation of the work mode email(Microsoft outlook).
2: The Work Mode bottom on the pull down bar that has, torch, WiFi etc has disappeared, so I cannot turn it off once I open a Work Mode app and enter the the password.
3: Bluetooth doesn't always display track name and times to my car stereo, sometimes it works, sometimes not.
4: Camera app froze/crashed and phone had to be restarted to get working again.

The correct Work Mode functionality is very important to me as I use this phone for my job.

Could someone please advise on how to resolve these issues.
