Brand new BV 6300 Pro arrived with no sound for calls, notifications, apps or videos.  After testing in #87# and factory reset, I have been told I need to replace a faulty speaker, and a part is being sent.

Is there a tutorial or instructions for how to replace speaker?  A video for how to take the phone apart would be great please.

Thanks for the video, it confirms that no repairer in my country will touch it.  Hardly any will work on Blackview phones, and none will work on Blackview phones that are glued shut.  For a phone that arrived faulty, that is incredibly frustrating

Similar Problem withbmy BV9900 Pro. There is a terrible noise from the speaker, got a new speaker, no repairstation in Germany wants to Install it.
