BV 6300 pro Compass calobration

Fri Aug 21, 2020 9:24 pm

Hello, i Just bought the bv6300 pro, and i Just found that the Compass Is not working well. I tried with manual calibration but It doesnt work at all. Searching on the net, i found some information about a similar problem with the bv9500, that was solved with a firmware update. I suspect the problem could be similar, cause i can see that the magnetic sensors work correctly but the response of the compass Is not consistent with that. I would like to know if someone else has the same problem with that model, cause if it's just mine i guess i will need to send the phone back. Instead, i suppose that blackview will provide a corrective update.

Hello, you can enter *#87# to calibrate the magnetic sensor in the place where you can call first, and calibrate in the toolbox. When the calibration is successful, there will be a vibration prompt
