I have the mobile A30, I try to make an update (version number: Blackview A30, v2.9_20181204_20190326-1409). I made the download upgrade but when I ask to restart the mobile phone never starts again. Do you have the download file so to do it in other way?

Hello,
I've just tried above update, flashing it via latest SP Flash Tool (v5.1924). Everything's gone nice but Serial number. Instead of device Serial (which is still under battery) I've got this: 0123456789ABCDEF.
Is there any way for me to fix it, giving my real Serial number?

There is an issue with extraction on that .rar file because of long filenames.
Issue's gone by renaming (shorten) long filename in .rar.
