Hello,
Suddenly the microphone of my BV6300 Pro works with some applications but not with others.
For example it does NOT work with: phone, whatsapp, text dictation and a guitar tuner app but it does work with another guitar tuner app as well as voice recording apps and some other apps.
I have already searched the internet for a lot of info and tried a lot of options (except factory reset).

Can you help me ?  it's urgent, I no longer have the possibility to call and work.
