BV6300 Pro - i Need ROM (Global)

Please! i need the rom for modelo BV6300 Pro. 
I downloaded a version but the applications are with Russian language and it does not work for me!

Howdy people,

is it possible to have a OTG Firmware bundle? My BV6300 Pro arrived yesterday, made tons of updates and the only thing left working is sideload. About the same thing happening to my A80 Pro once :-(

Did you download the software to update it?
What language to set up it?  Can you provide the language for us to verify it?

Good morning,

this has been some OTA-Update. Language was german (Europe). I have been downloading BV6300Pro_EEA_TE988_V1.0_20200909V15.zip extracting to TE988_DK_DK018_71_Q0_V2.3.7.3_20200909 to fix it but had no success.

July 13th 2020, I've had some very nice chat with support02 helping me out, when my A80 Pro had the same issues.
