E7 Another bug with Launcher 3

Now I have lost all my icons even the system one's. It is impossible to start any application cause there is no more application icon !!!
I'm really furious about Blackview because i have to restore the factory setting and i will loose all my personal datas
It is not really seriousand i'm really furious When will you decide to debug the Launcher 3 bugs or to replace it with an operational one ?
