E7 remove X icon missing ?

It is impossible to remove an icon from home page because " Remove X " choice doesn't appear when you touch & hold an icon on the home page. Only "information" and "uninstall icon" appear at the bottom of the home page ?
How to get the "Remove X" choice at the bottom left of the home page ?

Hi,
The icon for preloaded apps in the phone can not be removed.

Thanks for your reply.
Ok for preloaded applications but the problem is the same for added applications loaded from the playstore ?

reboot your phone,or do a factory reset to see if problem can be solved.

A factory reset doesn't solve the bug
