Hi, my phone has a problem with access to the Internet using WiFi routers. I think there is a problem with the nvram. I see the WiFi network name "warning err 0x10" when using program WiFi analizer. And I see MAC address: 0000000 in the engineering menu. I did not change the firmware and I did not root to the smartphone. How do I solve this problem?

you can try a factory reset to see if problem can be solved.
