E7 doesnt upgrade firmware by the air

My E7 was bought at november.Still have 20161010_122316 firmware. If i try to verify updates from "about phone" menu he tells me that its a latest update. What is a reason and what to do?I cant update manually by flashtools cose its hard for me)
