Where can the PC flashing tools be downloaded

Hello,
In various posts the PC flashing tools are mentioned, but I can't see where these can be downloaded from.
Please could you advise where the flashing tools can be obtained, and also is there a guide explaining how to use the flashing tools?

Let me help you.
This is a manual written for the Bv6000 (without the "s").
You can follow it nearly completely, but please keepo in mind that the Bv6000s ha a different chipset than the Bv6000, so make sure not to use any files that are related to the Bv6000. If you flash Bv6000 files onto your "s", it may get bricked.
