I have a brand new BV6000s. My Win 10 computers succesfully recognize my phone, but can communicate with it only in PTP mode. When trying MTP option I permanently get an error message (missing driver). Therefore I can not transfer my files on it without MTP connection. How can I fix this issue? (With Windows XP and 7 everything is O.K). Thanks.
