BV6100 battery very slow charging

I love my BV6100 but my problem with it is that it recharges the battery very slowly (more than 12hours to fully charge the battery). How can I fix this?

Don't use your phone while it's charging, and turn off power-hungry apps

Or maybe the battery is already dead, how long have you been used this phone?
