Have Blackview 6000s. Cannot get 3 or 4g in nyc. Have tried different carriers with different settings. Sim card gets 4g lte when put in another phone. Any ideas? All settings are set for 4g lte. Thank you.

Had you checked the frequencies?
Does 3g and 4g work for you at other places?
Are the APNs set correct?
