Hi, i'm owning around 15 BV6000S and for working purpose i need to have root access but you have locked OEM

The developper option switch for oem dont work and "fastboot oem unlock" ask me to press volume up but the button is disabled only volume down work.

So now tell me why BV6000 is rootable but not BV6000S i have checked for MT6735 root but only your product lock OEM.

I don't care about warranty etc i want it rooted.

Hello, you can download and install the mobile connection assistant, open it and you will find the OEM unlock like the below:

I've tried the same as Ayuros on iGET-branded BV6000 and have exactly same issue: "...fastboot oem unlock" ask me to press volume up but the button is disabled only volume down work..."

iGET is the local distributor of Blackview products in Czech Republic, who sells phone with branded ROM, in my case BV6000_iGET_V01_20170213.

Blackwiew admin, is there a way how to unlock the bootloader in such case. I requested that information from iGET distributor, but they simply replied that it's not possible.

Where can i find this mobile connection assistant, i cant find it anywhere. No information at all when googling it.

Still no info on how to enable the VOL UP button on that unlock confirmation screen?
