Hi,
I have updated OTA to Build BV6000_Blackview_V01_20161216 and had no launcher Problems.
But the Battery live is reduced drastically, before the upgrade the phone would run for a week with little use, now I am glad to get 3 days with the same usepattern.
I set up Sleep mode from 0:00 to 7:00 with not much success.
The next step wil be to flush the cache ...

WLAN is unstable, Router Fritzbox 7270.
3G ist unstable after 30min.
Sometimes incoming calls can not be accepted.
Display ist Frozen.
PlayStore Download is Not possible over 4G only 3G.

There must be quickly an Update.
