can't connect to the camera

several days ago, i sent this issue on this board, but it was not posted, i dunno why...

my phone is bv6000s,,(bought on 5 dec.)

can't connect to the camera

when touched camera icon, then screen was blacked out.

and this message is poped up,

"can't connect to the camera. please make sure to close other apps that may use camera or flashlight" and then phone stopped.

so i did all the methods that you blackview told us every istrution. turn off and turn on. adjusted setting mode...several factory reset,,,

and i already updated 20160929 version again, again and again.

this phone is just a brick to me now. i dun wanna $140 brick.

please help me...

The camera may break down, please contact your seller for repair.
