Hi i have a BV6000S but nobody answer and BV6000S board.

The signal is weak compare to another BV6000 a friend has and also compare to a BV5000 i have as well,
Always using on all phones the same sim card

- France ORANGE
- BV 6000S firmware 05 september 2016
- band base version MOLY.LR9.W1444.MD.LWTG.MP.V94,2016/09/23

It seems like the BV6000S phone internal GSM antenna is unplugged or does not work well.
Where other phones get a very good signal, mine has a weak or even no signal.

Hi,

You can get a firmware update to see if it can be improved.

Enter *#9646633# into your phone dialer to enter the Engineer Mode. Then navigate to "Telephony" -> "Bandmode".
In this menu you can disable all network frequencys that are not necessary or unused in your country.
This will make it a lot easyer and faster for your phone to switch between different networks.
Maybe this will solve your problem.

By the way, the Network indicator in your status bar does not tell you about the signal strength, its just a very rough indication for the signal that can drift between diffent phones.
To check your signal strength go to Settings -> about this phone -> Status -> Sim Card

Hello. I also have a problem with the GSM signal. Where no other phone has no problem my BV6000 signal no or very bad. I tried to reset the search network only 2G etc. but all without result.
Is there any possibility of repair? It concerns of hardware or software correction is possible. BV6000 is stout mistake as an outdoor phone unusable.
