Hey guys. I bought a Blackview BV6000 (http://www.blackview.hk/blackview-153/) in Army Green a few days ago because my old phone was broken.
I am really glad I got it because it's running very well for me. But I got a really bad error when it comes to internet connection!
I put in my old sim card and my old SD card as well, and the phone tells me I'm getting my 3G (/4G, whatever)-Connection. But in reality, I do NOT receive any internet connection. I tried it many ways but it always just says what kind of internet quality I'm having. I don't know wether it is because of my internet provider, but via Wi-Fi I can still access the internet.

Hi, where are you from? have you ever checked the network frequence that this device support via our official forum?

Go to Settings -> Data Usuage -> select your prefered Sim card and enabe "cellular data".
